Our standard home is constructed with 2 x 6 exterior stud walls, 16"
on center with full thick insulation. We use a minimum of 12" fiberglass
insulation in the attic. We use kiln-dried lumber. Interior
trim, doors, and cabinets are selected oak and oak veneers. We can
save you thousands of dollars because we buy direct from the mills and
manufacturers and eliminate the middleman.
